REFUND POLICY
1. Payments
All payments made for classes, programs, or studio bookings are processed securely through our online payment system.
2. Refund Eligibility,
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
If a request is made within a reasonable time before the class, program, or booking start date If the service has not yet been fully utilized In case of cancellations initiated by Studio RAW
3. Refund Process,
Refund requests must be made through our official contact channels
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment
4. Rescheduling & Transfers,
We understand that plans can change:
Classes, programs, or bookings can be rescheduled subject to availability
Transfers to another batch, date, or person may be allowed upon request
Requests should be made in advance to ensure smooth coordination
5. Partial Usage,
If a service (class/program/booking) has already started or been partially used, refunds may be adjusted accordingly.
6. Non-Refundable Situations,
Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows
Failure to attend without prior notice
Violation of studio policies
7. Studio Discretion,
All refunds, rescheduling, and transfers are subject to approval and may vary depending on the situation.
